Basic Terms:

Property sells as-is with no buyer contingencies for financing, inspections or otherwise. All inspections must take place before day of auction at the buyer’s expense. Clean deed given at closing with no liens or delinquent taxes. 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to obtain contract selling price. Buyers pay all closing costs and six months of taxes.

Suggested opening bid of $30,000, sells with owner’s confirmation. Motivated seller wants to settle estate. Seller will accept bids prior to auction. If seller accepts a bid prior to auction, auction will be cancelled.

Deposit & Closing:

PLEASE NOTE: In order to register to bid, you must bring a CASHIERS CHECK made payable to OHIO REAL ESTATE AUCTIONS in the amount of $10,000 which will be your non-refundable deposit if you are the successful bidder. Checks will be immediately returned to all unsuccessful bidders. Closing must be within 30 days of the date of the auction.
