From downtown Tiffin, go South on Washington St. which is OH-231 for 5.9 miles. Turn Rt on CR 6 and go 1.4 miles to the property. Watch for the auction sign on the left. Once you turn left on the private road you need to drive all the way to the end.
Basic Terms:
Bidding starts at $30,000. In order to bid you must bring a cashier's check made payable to "Ohio Real Estate Auctions" in the amount of $10,000 which will become your non refundable deposit if you are the high bidder.
