All desired inspections should be conducted and financing arranged prior to bidding. 10% buyer’s premium will be added to high bid amount to establish contract sale price. Buyer will be responsible for all closing costs. Short tax proration. Sale is subject to seller-confirmation within 24 hours of auction close.
Open Inspection: Wash is in operation 24 hours per day. Inspect exterior at your leisure. Inspection of secured office and mechanical areas by appointment only on Thursday, June 27th.
