This is a Foreclosure Auction by Order of the Crawford County Common Pleas Court, Civil Division.  Sells As-Is with no contingencies for inspection, financing or otherwise.  10% Buyer's Premium will be added to final bid to establish the contract selling price.  Successful bidder will be required to deposit 10% of the contract selling price on auction day by cash or good check with balance due at closing within 30 days of Court Confirmation of Sale.
