He is a member of the local ACAR real estate board in Cleveland OH and is a licensed realtor in the state of Ohio. He is also a licensed auctioneer in Kentucky.As a lifetime student in his career, to better serve his real estate clients, John just graduated from the #1 Artificial Intelligence for Real Estate Agents course in America and is one of the first 100 Certified A.I. Real Estate Agents in the country.  The skills that he has acquired will help him spend less time in front of the computer and more time selling properties for his clients.
