Thank you for your interest as a fellow Realtor in one of our upcoming Auctions!

How do you get paid ??  Here's how:

(Each Auctioneer may have their own policy on compensation.  Please check with the appropriate Auctioneer.)

Educate your client on the value of the property.

Attend a viewing and the Auction with your client.

Submit a written opening bid (form provided below) no less than 48 hours prior to the Auction.

If your client is the successful buyer and closes on the property, your brokerage will receive 3% of the amount of their written opening bid plus an additional 1% of all advancing bids.

Exclusions to compensation:  If our company has had any previous contact with the client regarding the property.
